IYCY Distributing water filters to malnutrition cases

International Youth Council – Yemen (IYCY) launched the distribution of water filters and 20-liter water containers in Mawza district as one of the activities of the Integrated emergency life-saving interventions with Nutrition, Health , WASH under the parameter 1 for most vulnerable affected populations group with high risk of famine and with high SAM prevalence project. Funded by Yemen Humanitarian Fund YHF.

The inauguration took place in Al-Hagfah Health Unit, in the presence of the Health Office Director in the district, Dr. Abdul Rahim Al Qasimi.

Where the filters were distributed to children of acute and moderate malnutrition according to records of cases of malnutrition and nutrition cards.
