Its impacts are not confined to a specific region but have far-reaching consequences that transcend borders and affect the entire planet. The consequences of climate change extend beyond environmental impacts. To respond to this existential crisis\, climate action is impossible without actively engaging young people. DESCRIPTION:Conference objectives:\n\nDiscuss the role and challenges facing CSOs operating in the land governance sector in the region.\nHighlighting the potential areas of CSOs work for cooperation between different organizations and their capacity and contribution to better land governance in the Arab countries.\nExchanging information on different points of view on the challenges facing CSOs working in the field of land governance in the Arab region\, with a focus on security of tenure and land and property rights.\nLearning from current experiences (both successful and unsuccessful);\nIdentify the main areas of convergence and cooperation with various stakeholders.\nAnalyzing common issues that CSOs face when meeting women’s needs as well as women’s groups focused on improving women’s social rights\, land rights\, and land regulations across the region.\nRaising awareness of local NGOs in the Arab world about the importance of concerted efforts and working together to demand that governments give more legitimacy to the work of civil society organizations and strengthen them and the degree of their independence and operational freedom to contribute to achieving good land governance.\nExpanding the network of experts and institutions that are part of the Arab Land Initiative.\nImproving land governance and land tenure security in the Arab region through cooperation between CSOs and governments.\n\n
