(Fund Raising and Report Writing) Training workshop
The International Youth Council – Yemen (IYCY) organized the first training workshops “Fund Raising and Report Writing” as the outcomes of International Youth Day event titled empowerment of Youth ,civil society organizations and Youth Initiativesas, on 1st September, 2018 with Dr. Adel Salah. The course targeted 30 trainees from youth organizations. The workshop held in the Council’s Headquarters, Sana’a at youth’s tent.

The workshop focused on many important aspects needed by institutions and youth initiatives in order to improve performance and increase their abilities in writing projects, reports and resource mobilization. This workshop is considered one of the most important workshops which is the main pillars of youth and youth institutions.

The workshop addressed the basics of projects and reports writing according to international standards from the general framework, needs assessment, problem and situation analysis, justification of the project, target areas, objectives, outputs, outcomes, indicators, impact measurement, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning, and funding raising.

It is worth mentioning that the International Youth Council – Yemen is keen to build the capacity of youth institutions, youth organizations and youth. This workshop is part of a series of workshops and courses offered by IYCY on an ongoing basis
