The world has gone through long periods of wars, crises and internal and external conflicts which affected in one form or another its standard of living at all political, social and environmental levels, and at the level of its internal relations, regimes with its people or foreign relations with other countries. All that undoubtedly led to the deteriorating deterioration at the level of each country; certainly, most of the media in all its forms increased the escalation of these wars and differences.However, the majority continued to fight this escalation according to professional and moral standards.
Within these periods, the positive role of these means in improvement and development of dissemination of a culture of dialogue has become clear. For importance of this subject, it has been set 24th of October as the International Day of Development Media as public opinion is concerned about the problems of development and the need to strengthen international cooperation to reach a solution through a set of strategic development goals that generally reduce the problems faced by societies in accordance with international cooperation.
In particular, after the Arab Spring revolutions, Arab societies suffered from tangible negative changes to their reality media at its all forms (video, audio, print and social media) have managed to ease the situation, which has almost dragged some countries into the abyss. However, others, especially Yemen, have suffered for a long time and are still experiencing worsening economic, political, security and humanitarian conditions.
Because of the enlightenment role of the media, and undoubtedly the fluctuation of the equations of results as a link between the needs of the public and state institutions and society.
As a result, it is necessary to develop sustainable development plans and activate the role of youth in the process of development and public awareness of the expression of their rights and requirements in order to reduce the incidence of poverty and improve gender equality. In addition to improving the educational process at all levels and working to ensure environmental sustainability and the consolidation of the principles of democracy and human rights.
These goals, for example, are not limited to mass media; digital and social are enable to ensure the life dignity and security for everyone.They are a criterion for the progress or backwardness of the State.
