VOLUNTEERING MANAGEMENT ON CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS
Within the framework of identifying needs and improving of organizational performance program, International Youth Council – Yemen (IYCY) implemented today 16/April/2018, the third training course on “volunteering management on Civil Society Organizations”. Which targeted 25 participants from various organizations and institutions of civil society, which lasts for two days, four hours a day.
The training course focused on many aspects related to the skills of managing the volunteer department and the professionalism of the volunteer administration. This training program comes within a series of courses to improve the institutional performance of civil society organizations in various fields and within the Council’s strategy to support and encourage young people.
