Number of individuals reached by health and RH education and promotion outreach sessions

A Total of 41405 individuals have been reached through Conduct health and RH education and promotion outreach sessions from the beginning of the project and 16832 for March on reproductive health topics for women and on communicable disease prevention and hygiene, nutrition related practices and health seeking behavior for mothers and their children under 5 at community level table below indicate each district form Men, Women, boys and Girls.

IYCY has conducted the surveillance, medical consultations more than 2571, reporting, and 295 Cholera suspected cases reported and referral more than 8 patients affected people during this month.

- WATER SANITATION AND HYGIENE (WASH) Sector

69560 people reach with hygiene promotion and community engagement activities.

9963 people reach with cleaning campaign (Solid waste management).

Water and Sanitation awareness sessions Carry out hygiene promotion sessions, raise awareness to HHs, communities, communication and mass awareness raising, including production and dissemination of IEC materials, community mobilization and cholera awareness messages, Distribution of consumable hygiene kits, and jerry cans for households with cases and immediate surrounding households, infection of household water storage containers, Distribution of chlorine tablets for water treatment at household level with proper instructions on use of the tablets.
